Membership Eligibility

Age: APOCABOX’s subscription is only available to individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 18 can use this service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In this case, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.

Right to Refuse Service: APOCABOX reserves the right, in APOCABOX’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. APOCABOX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Location: APOCABOX only accepts payments from only U.S. credit cards. Signing up as a user outside the domestic US is a legitimate cause for account deactivation as stated in the Right to Refuse Service section.

Account Information: You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times.

Legal Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Web Site and Services. The Web Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of APOCABOX.
